Applicant Information

Please enter the required information for this section.  If you are a U.S. military service member or Veteran, indicate such in the “Military Information” section of the application and you will be able to submit the application without paying the application fee. Information is subject to verification and fraudulent submissions will result in a denied application and/or rescinded offer.

Supporting Documents

In this section, you will upload your personal statement/essay.

  1. Download the Supporting Document Form
  2. Record your required essay on the form, then save it to your computer
  3. Click Upload Attachment and upload your saved form
  4. Click Save Document

Additional Information

Please review and provide responses for each section. If a section does not apply to you, enter “Not Applicable”. Do not forget to download the required Direct Patient Contact form and, if necessary, the PA Shadowing form. When your form(s) have been completed, you will upload them in the Requirements section within the Application Summary.

College/Post-Secondary Education

In this section, you will enter information for all colleges and universities you’ve attended, including community colleges. Official transcripts are required and are only accepted directly from your school(s) or their transcript service. Transcripts should be sent to tuc.admit@touro.edu.

Prerequisite GPA Calculator

In this section, you will enter the courses you believe to satisfy our prerequisite course requirements, as listed on our Physician Assistant (Los Angeles) Admissions Page. Please enter course information as it appears on your transcripts.  Information is subject to verification. 

Recommender Overview

Three letters are required; one must be from a physician assistant.  

To request letters through this system, please select Yes, proceed to recommender information, and then enter names and contact information for the three individuals who will be providing recommendations on your behalf. This is the preferred method for submitting letters.

    • Click Upload next to the Verification of Hours requirement
  4. Scroll down to the Optional Requirements section
    • Click Upload next to the Verification of Hours: Physician Assistant Shadowing Hours requirement
