Teachers of the Year announced

The Napa Valley Education Foundation and the Napa Rotary Club recently selected their 2012 Teacher of the Year recipients. TUC GSOE Master of Arts in Education, Educational Technology student Karin Blackwood was able to garner this prestigious award as a teacher in Napa High School.
