VALLEJO — Touro University California is to hand out diplomas to 463 students during its 13th commencement ceremony.

The ceremony is to take place at 2 p.m. June 2 at the Masonic Auditorium, 1111 California St. in San Francisco. This will be the biggest graduating class for Mare Island-based Touro University. Graduating students speaking will be Michael David Dick, Steve Kim and Martha McCoy.

“This year’s honorary student speakers have not only achieved great success in their education but are also strong embodiments of Touro University California’s mission to serve, to lead, and to teach,” university Chief Operating Officer Marilyn Hopkins said in a press release. “We have some of the most dynamic students in the country and I’m excited to have them representing our university.”
