A number of physicians and students rotate in the different facilities to assist at the different clinics, Hopkins added.
"This is a perfect fit for us," she said. "This is why we exist."
Solano County Supervisor Linda Seifert said that she hope the partnership will increase the number of people that the clinics can serve, and reduce the wait time of the patients.
Other speakers at the Monday event included Vallejo Mayor Osby Davis, Michael Clearfield of Touro University, Carl Thomas of Solano Coalition for Better Health, and Patrick Duterte of Solano County Health and Social Services.
