Sega, Kenya is perhaps much like you would imagine a rural community in a third-world country to be--remote and largely undeveloped. Lacking both roads and running water, electricity is present, yet sporadic in this town...This depiction is relayed by Ann Stoltz, the Associate Dean of Nursing at Touro University in Vallejo, California, and board member of a non-profit called goal4.org. She recants the tales of last year's trip, her first, to this unassuming village in Kenya.
