Touro opens new research, health clinics

Touro University California opened a Translational Research Clinic and Student Health Clinic this week with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception. The Jewish-owned medical school on Vallejo‘s Mare Island will use the research clinic to teach as well as conduct trials in diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular disease research. The new health clinic will allow for improved health services to students, including counseling services.
