Keeping kids healthy during the Holidays

It's important to stress good eating for your kids at an early age.
Researchers at USCF and Touro University both did a test while putting 43 obese kids on a diet for just nine days.
In the program, they substituted carbs such as rice, bread, and pasta in place of sugar, specifically juices and sodas. The results and changes were dramatic.
