Reducing sugar intake offers amazing results for obese kids in just ten days

If you are suffering from obesity and want to get back to healthy weight then simply reduce sugar intake from your diet. Researchers from University of California San Francisco and Touro University California found that obese children became healthy in just 10 days by just reducing sugar intake in their diet.
Senior author Dr. Jean-Marc Schwarz of Touro University added that when sugar was taken out of their diets, the children began heeding their bodies' satiety cues."They told us it felt like so much more food," he said, highlighting the kids consumed the same number of calories.
