Medina, leader of Napa High's best soccer teams, to enter hall of fame

Jose “Pepe” Medina can’t thank Napa High School enough for providing him with four great years.

He never missed a soccer practice. Even if he was sick, he still managed to make it out to the field to train with his teammates. He looked forward to going to each of his classes.

Medina, a two-year captain who was named Player of the Year on the All-Napa County team and a unanimous choice as the Monticello Empire League’s Player of the Year as a senior, called it a fabulous time in his life.
