Research Interests
My current research interests involve sports pharmacy and the use of performance enhancing drugs. I am currently the principle investigator for an online medication utilization survey of strength-trained individuals. Our goal is to provide the most up-to-date and comprehensive information regarding the use of anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS) and non-AAS medications/supplements with the hopes of further educating the medical community. We also aim to gain more insight about the "typical" AAS-user and determine whether certain psychiatric traits are associated with AAS-use.

The second study I am involved in is in collaboration with Dr. Bijal Shah. Our goal is to analyze the health and economic impact of a clinical pharmacist to the primary care team in adult diabetes patients.
