Stipend & Benefits
For the yearlong Ambassador HP Connect students in their first year of study, a scholarship of $6,500 will be provided upon completion of program activities. For students in their second year of study (not on experiential rotations), a scholarship and a stipend totaling $4,750 will be provided upon completion of the program activities.
Eligibility & Selection
To be eligible for this program Touro University California students must come from an educationally or economically disadvantaged background.
What To Expect
Touro University California DO, PharmD, or PA students you will actively participate in mentorship opportunities, receiving guidance from faculty members who share your career path. Additionally, you'll have the chance to step into a mentorship role, guiding high school and college Ambassador students as they navigate their journey to a career in healthcare.
As part of this experience, you'll lead collaborative efforts on a public health project to address health disparities and drive positive change in underserved communities. Join us in shaping the future of healthcare through mentorship and leadership.
